Payment Policy for Our Immigration Legal Services
At our office, we are committed to ensuring transparency and security in all of our transactions. For this reason, it is important that all of our clients take note of the following guidelines:
1. Monetary Transactions
Our office does not collect payments or conduct any type of monetary transaction through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other virtual platforms.
2. Office Location
We receive clients from all over the state of California at our main office, located in Los Angeles, California. All transactions and payments are carried out in person at our facilities.
3. Service Process
After the client has spoken with and presented their case to our principal attorney, Mariela Camisassa, the appropriate procedure will be determined. Only after this initial consultation—which is free of charge—will the necessary monetary transactions be carried out, as established in point number 2.
4. Official Contact Number
To ensure the authenticity of our communications, we use only one official phone number: 818-506-0070. Any communication from a different number that also requests payment by phone, social media, or other virtual platforms should be considered suspicious and reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Fraud Reporting
If one of our clients, or any other person, is contacted via WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, or any other social media platform by someone pretending to be from our office and requesting payments through phone, social media, or virtual platforms, we ask that you immediately report this incident to law enforcement authorities.
