Denisse M. Godoy is an Associate Trial Attorney license in the State of California. She represented clients before USCIS, Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Ms. Godoy also represents clients in California State Courts, she litigates matters in Family and Probate Court. Ms. Godoy specializes in representing juveniles, women, and the LGBTQ community.
Ms. Godoy was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, as a child she immigrated to the United States. Ms. Godoy received her Juris Doctor and Public Interest Law Certificate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Riverside. While in law school, Ms. Godoy was a Staff Editor for the University of San Francisco School of Law Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. She also severed on the Board of University of San Francisco School of Law: Immigration Law Society and La Raza La Student Association.
